Which Gland is that ? – troubleshooting your cycle challenges.
Know your body – understand your cycles and identify your specific challenges
Easy to follow guide to work out which hormones could be out of balance and which glands need some TLC
This is a tool for you to gain some knowledge …. and knowledge is power.
It is not the be all and end all, it will give you a starting point but you must also realize that your body is incredible and can right itself without too much fuss or intervention.
Take for example when you get a cut…. your body’s first response is to stop the bleeding. Blood vessels in the area constrict, and platelets form a clot to seal the wound temporarily. This clot acts like a protective barrier, preventing further blood loss and keeping out potential pathogens.
Next, the body initiates an inflammatory response. Specialized white blood cells rush to the wound site to clean the site. Inflammation helps to fight off potential infections and prepares the wound for repair.
During the repair phase, new tissue is generated. Cells called produce collagen, a protein that forms a framework for new blood vessels to grow. This new tissue, gradually fills in the wound. Over time, the wound contracts, and the newly formed collagen fibers strengthen and reorganize and just like magic your cut has healed and you didn’t do anything to make it happen.
The human body possesses remarkable abilities to heal and restore balance. It has intricate systems in place such as the immune system and various biological processes that work together to identify and address imbalances. Whether it’s healing wounds, fighting infections or regulating internal functions, the body’s innate intelligence guides these processes to maintain overall health and well-being.
During this course I will give you the necessary tools to support your body by ensuring you have the appropriate nutrients, can remove damaging toxins, get enough sleep, minimize stress and restore the correct mindset to help your body do what it is innately designed to do.
