Once payment has been completed and access has been granted, the purchase is considered final.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access provided:
- All sales are final
- No refunds will be issued
- No returns are accepted
- No cancellations are available once access has been granted
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal circumstances
- Lack of use or engagement
- Misunderstanding of the content
- Failure to achieve a desired outcome
LEGAL EXCEPTIONS

Refunds or remedies may be provided only where required by law, including if:

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
If your membership includes a renewal option:
- Renewal pricing and terms will be clearly disclosed prior to renewal
- It is your responsibility to review renewal notices and take action before renewal if you do not wish to continue
Failure to cancel or renew within the specified timeframe does not entitle you to a refund.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your content, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access but this does not guarantee a refund.
