Join Terms & Conditions  The terms and conditions of use will ensure the customer has read and understands what they are about to purchase before any purchase is made, the customer has read and understands the refund, privacy and security polices.

It is a condition of joining Smart Stork or using any part of the Smart Stork System that you agree that you have read and agree with all of the terms and conditions stated in our disclaimer.

How to use the 'Gender Prediction Programs' forms part of these terms and conditions.

1. Login with your personal login details, and follwo the steps 1 - 5.

2. You are required to enter the date of your last menstrual period (which is the first day of your last menstrual period).

3. You are then required to enter your estimated date of ovulation or the date and time of your first positive OPK result (ovulation prediction kit).

4. You must double check all details entered for their accuracy and then click on the continue button at the bottom of the page.

5. You will receive your next NCD after the date of your LMP and the odds of either sex baby being conceived at the time of your next ovulation.

You may use the 'Mid-cycle Ovulation Gender Predictor' up to five times each cycle. (Once only with your first positive OPK result)

You must use an opk with a sensitivity of between 20-25 IU/ml or one which states ovulation will occur between 24 -48 hours after the first positive result is noticed, you must also use an opk twice daily and follow the instructions of use supplied on your opk packaging

This service requires each individual to enter their Last Menstrual Period date, entering a false or estimated (future) LMP dates, will cause our files to be incorrect, and you will be in breach of these terms and conditions and will be suspended from this service, have your membership cancelled and be .

This service requires each individual to enter their anticipated ovulation date, entering false ovulation dates will cause our files to be incorrect, and you will be in breach of these terms and conditions and will be held responsible for your own actions.

This service requires each individual to enter their OPK details, the time and date of their first positive OPK each cycle prior to making a conception attempt (that is prior to having unprotected intercourse).

Entering false or multiple OPK details will cause our files to be incorrect, and you will be in breach of these terms and conditions of use. When using the smart stork system you must have used this mid-cycle ovulation gender predictor correctly prior to a conception attempt, by having intercourse before you have tested and recorded a positive opk result you waive all and any rights.

Incorrect details, multiple LMP dates, multiple estimated ovulation dates or multiple first positive OPK details will not be tolerated. By entering false or incorrect details you choose to waive your rights, if you are unsuccessful in conceiving the desired sex baby we cannot be held responsible.

The mid-cycle ovulation gender predictor is accurate to the best of our knowledge, the proprietors will not be held responsible for any errors or computer glitches experienced when using this program. It is up to the individual to enter the details more than once to ensure the same result is returned both times, before trusting that it is 98% accurate.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, and the many unknown biological factors that are capable of influencing the sex of your unborn baby if the Smart Stork System is does not work for you the proprietors of Smart Stork will not be held responsible.

If you breach these terms and conditions your login details will be removed from the database and further access to this service will be denied and your membership will be cancelled.

No correspondence will be entered into in regard to these terms and conditions.
